Firstly I want to say THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart for building our dream home.
We went to great lengths and did tons of research to find the PERFECT builder. We looked into all of the local builders and contractors. A few had some of the qualities we liked but HBJD had the look and quality we were looking for. I am a firm believer in the old saying "you get what you pay for". When we first met with Josh, we knew we wanted him and his team to build our home. He was down to earth, honest and blunt (our kind of people) we knew we could trust him. Any builder willing to show the world exactly what materials they use right up front, shows that they care about quality. HBDJ is the only builder we've seen that does this. During our initial meeting with Josh we told him our budget and our vision, it was comforting knowing that he could work with any budget. It did not matter if we could afford a $100,000.00 home or a billion dollar home. He listened to everything we envisioned in our future home and showed us different floor plans that we could make work.
Building during a pandemic was not ideal but I am thankful we were fortunate enough to be able to. Our field manager was Matt, he was very helpful during the whole process. Any issues we had he would work quickly to resolve them for us. He kept us in the loop and let us know if things were going to be delayed (due to covid 19). He acted fast to resolve any issues or concerns we had. Our carpenter was hands down the best around, we are beyond grateful for his attention to detail on everything he did. Having amazing contractors and a field manager like we did made this a great experience for us. It takes some of the stress away and puts your mind at ease when you know you have great contractors doing amazing work. Over-all the building process went smoothly and very minimal stress. Its a wonderful feeling being able to see our visions turn into reality!
We could not be more pleased with our decision to go with Homes By Josh Doyle. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone go to HBJD if you're looking to build!
